Announcing the Aurora Ball Theme 2023: Welcome to Burlesque! On June 24, 2023, the 45th anniversary of the first Mardi Gras protest, the Aurora Ball is returning to the iconic Sydney Town Hall to celebrate how far we have come, and refocus on how much is yet to be done to achieve the promise of that first Mardi Gras march – that all of us can live proudly, free of prejudice and discrimination. We have an incredible lineup of performers and community heroes that will entertain and inspire! Stay tuned for announcements.
